Your ESINEV program gives you structured learning, but there is plenty more you can do to develop as an events professional.

• Blog and career guides: read our articles on event planning and industry trends on our blog.
• Additional short courses: add micro-credentials or short courses to strengthen a specific skill, such as catering, sustainability or event technology.
• Practical experience: volunteer at local events to put your learning into practice and grow your network.
